The Palladian styling of this beautiful pendulum case clock gives it a splendour and classical elegance that is timeless. Its classical proportions and broken pediment detail are picked out by the subtle antiquing of its gilded finish. As a hand made case clock I can finish them in either a pewter or antiqued gold gilded finish. The dials are hand etched and the casements are collaged with appropriate classical imagery.

This unusual round gothic wall clock takes it’s inspiration from the rose window in York Minster. Its intricate fret work is painstakingly gilded in gold and silver leaf which is antiqued to give it the character and finish true to the gothic style. The numbers are hand etched in keeping with the hand made quality and nature of my decorative clocks.

This feature means that the light plays of their gold and silver gilded surface which shows off the quality of the finish and the raised sun detail at it\’s centre which is applied by hand using a traditional combo\’ technique. In keeping with the handmade nature of my decorative clocks the numerals are hand etched.
