My first order from my website was placed on 4th May 2011 so I’m still new to this game. I’m proud to say I’ve not had an unhappy customer as yet and will strive to retain this record.
As you’ll see from the testimonials below the feed back from those customers I’ve made work for is really positive and has made my efforts that much more rewarding.

My husband didn’t get home until late so we have only looked at the round Pugin so far but it is absolutely lovely and all that we hoped it would be. The mirrors won’t be put up for another few weeks as the bathroom has still to be decorated and work done to the window, but I think they are going to be perfect.
You have been with us every step of the way in this process with the result that we have two mirrors which have been personalised to our requirements and we are very grateful to you for this.

Hi Julian – I checked the progress of order this morning and could see it was at DHL warehouse by 6am Monday morning our time. I then had a call from deliverer about 9.30 am to say she would leave at front door as my husband was out for a few minutes. He rang very excited to let me know it had arrived and wanted to wait until I got home tonight to open but I told him to check to make sure no damage.
He called back thrilled as it was just what he had wanted and expected so although I haven’t actually seen it – delivery was very efficient and no damage at all so well done.
When we get it up on the wall I will send a pic so your customers can see you can provide beautiful pieces worldwide.
It has certainly been a pleasure dealing with you and knowing that you care so much about your product. We don’t normally purchase over the net but my husband has always wanted this type of mirror – found it in an old art book so it is nice to know we have found someone so trustworthy and reliable.
