Return Policy

Sandard Artefacts:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and I will refund or exchange the piece.

Returned items should be in the same condition they were received and must be returned in the original packaging with a note with your name and contact details. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, I will exchange the item.

Please note:

  1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

I recommend that customers return goods for refund or exchange using a reputable courier and ensure the artifact is adequately packed and insured against loss or damage.

Bespoke or customised artefacts:

I think you will appreciate that any artefact which has been made to a customer’s own specification present a problem as they will not be in a standard size or finish. As such I will be unable to sell them. For this reason I can not offer a refund on bespoke or customised artefacts -unless they are damaged or faulty.

To reassure our bespoke customers are completely satisfied with their finished artefact we provide them with detailed designs and samples swatches of the finish. I will not proceed to make an artefact until a customer is completely happy with the design and finish of the piece they are commissioning.
