It’s very simple, as a craftsman I hold myself
to exacting standards & by asking for my
client’s approval, at each of the key stages
of their making, before proceeding to the next -that way there can’t be any unhappy or disappointed customers.
This close working relationship means that
my clients get to see their commissions gestate through the various stages of their creation and gain an appreciation of what goes into
their making.
It also means I get to know my clients which makes me work that bit harder for them and better able to provide the relevant advice
and guidance to them. I can also offer the customisation option that retailers avoid doing as they want to sell the one they have in stock.
As a craftsman, I naturally love my work & find it rewarding in itself but the most rewarding benefit is the encouraging feedback & appreciation I get from my clients.
It makes the long hours of demanding work in cold,dusty workshops that bit more worthwhile & rewarding.
This, in turn, motivates me to take that bit more time & care over my work, further improving my work and in doing so this creates a positive feedback loop.
So, that’s what lies behind the glowing reports you’ll read opposite and why you’ll not read a bad one!!!

My husband didn’t get home until late so we have only looked at the round Pugin so far but it is absolutely lovely and all that we hoped it would be. The mirrors won’t be put up for another few weeks as the bathroom has still to be decorated and work done to the window, but I think they are going to be perfect.
You have been with us every step of the way in this process with the result that we have two mirrors which have been personalised to our requirements and we are very grateful to you for this.

I checked the progress of order this morning and could see it was at DHL warehouse by 6am Monday morning our time. I then had a call from deliverer about 9.30 am to say she would leave at front door as my husband was out for a few minutes. He rang very excited to let me know it had arrived and wanted to wait until I got home tonight to open but I told him to check to make sure no damage.
He called back thrilled as it was just what he had wanted and expected so although I haven’t actually seen it – delivery was very efficient and no damage at all so well done.
When we get it up on the wall I will send a pic so your customers can see you can provide beautiful pieces worldwide……
